TEDxBrooklyn, Buckminster Fuller Institute and the Pratt Institute hosted an information session and party at the Galapagos Art Space in DUMBO to discuss the November 13 event and some of the great initiatives currently underway at Pratt and BFI.
On November 13 at TEDxBrooklyn, where x = independently organized TED event, speakers will present insightful discussions on topics ranging from art, science, social issues, technology and more. Though they come from varying industries, each TEDxBrooklyn speaker has moved many with a single idea, passion or calling. Thus the TEDxBrooklyn theme was born: “ONE MOVES MANY.” There isn’t a better way to describe the movement that is, Brooklyn.
